# PAM Users

Gestão de usuários, grupos e funções (RBAC) no DataDike PAM. Acesse em **Sysadmin › Gestão de Usuários**.

### Criar Usuário

1. Acesse **Sysadmin › Gestão de Usuários › Usuários**
2. Clique em **+ Criar**
3. Preencha: Nome, Username, Email, Senha
4. Selecione **Função** (Administrador, Auditor, Usuário)
5. Configure: MFA obrigatório, Data de expiração, Origem (Local/LDAP)
6. Salve

#### Funções Padrão (RBAC)

### Gerenciamento em Massa

Importação e exportação de usuários via CSV.

#### Importar

1. Baixe o template CSV
2. Preencha: username, name, email, role, phone
3. Faça upload do CSV preenchido
4. Revise e confirme

### Grupos de Usuários

Organize usuários em grupos para facilitar autorizações. Grupos podem ser sincronizados com LDAP/AD automaticamente.

1. Acesse **Sysadmin › Gestão de Usuários › Grupos**
2. Clique em **+ Criar Grupo**
3. Nomeie o grupo e adicione usuários
4. Use o grupo em regras de autorização
