* Offline\_12h: de 12h a 24h sem comunicar
* Offline\_24h: de 24h a 7 dias sem comunicar
* Offline\_7d: de 7 a 30 dias sem comunicar
* Overdue: mais de 30 dias sem comunicar
* Manutenção: agentes em manutenção só contam em “maintenance” (não entram nas outras faixas).
